Adding a Sales Channel - EKM PowerShop

Overview

In this guide, we will explain how to integrate EKM PowerShop on Mintsoft.

Integration Summary

  1. Imports orders
  2. Option for stock synchronisation
  3. New Product Sync
  4. Updates despatch status (but not tracking numbers as not supported by EKM's API)

Adding EKM PowerShop

If you wish to integrate with EKM Power Shop please do the following -
1. Please make sure you have logged out of EKM prior to adding the connection
2. Login to https://om-test.mintsoft.co.uk/ with your Mintsoft credentials
3. Click Connect then Order Integrations
4. Next, click EKM Power Shop, then Create New
5. Choose the Warehouse and Channel
Note: Other changes can be made after authorising the account
6. Click Add
7. The connection you added will now have an Authorise button
8. Click Authorise
9. That will take you to the EKM login page
10. Login using your admin account details
11. You'll then get asked if you want to Authorise Mintsoft
12. Click the green allow button.
13. You'll then be taken back to Mintsoft.
14. Click Edit against the connection to finish the configuration

Order Statuses

  1. Import Status: Pending or Processing
  2. PickingStatus: Processing
  3. DespatchStatus: Dispatched or Complete
