Adding a Sales Channel - WooCommerce
Overview
In this guide, we will explain how to integrate with WooCommerce, on Mintsoft.
Before you start
Before you can add the connection in Mintsoft you need to generate API keys from within WooCommerce. Please click here for more details.
Adding WooCommerce
- Click Connect then click Order Integrations.
- Select WooCommerce then click Add Account.
- In the ConsumerKey and ConsumerSecret fields, enter the key and secret from WooCommerce.
- Configure the following fields:
Field Description Client Who the client is for this integration. Warehouse The warehouse for this integration. Channel What channel to import orders through. ImportStatus Change this if you don't want to use WooCommerce default statuses.

Note: Accepted order statuses are shown belowNumber Of Days to Check back from Orders How many days in the past you want Mintsoft to check for orders. We recommend setting this as -7.
Note: Setting it as 0 will check for every order ever placedOrder Prefix This is the prefix the system adds at the start of order numbers. Use order_number instead of order_id Turn this on if you want to import the order number from WooCommerce instead of the order ID. SyncStockLevels Turn this on to sync stock. StockSyncDelay This is how frequently you would like the stock to sync.
Note: We recommend 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.Default Country If there's no country on the WooCommerce order, it uses this feature. Sync New Products? Turn this on if you want to import new products created on WooCommerce. Product Sync Delay (Hours) This is how frequently you would like to sync new products.
Note: We recommend one hour.Active Keep this off until you authorise and set a location against the connection. URL The URL of your store.
If the WooCommerce version installed is 3.0 or higher, you need to add /wp-json/wc/v2/ to the end of the URL. For example, https://customerdomain.co.uk/wp-json/wc/v2/ - Once complete, click Add.
Accepted Order Statuses
The following statuses are accepted by WooCommerce instead of the default ones set on the connector -- auto-draft
- pending
- processing
- payment-received
- on-hold
- completed
- cancelled
- refunded
- failed
- authorised
- fraud-screen
- checkout-draft
IP Whitelisting
Due to a number of new security plugins being used for Woo Commerce, we advise that if you experience issues connecting a WooCommerce account, then it may solve the issue if our range of IP addresses is whitelisted on the hosting server for the WordPress or WooCommerce installation to ensure that despatch updates can be carried out.
