Overview
Once we have carried out your labelling compliance review, you will receive a written report documenting the checks that has been carried out by our Compliance Team.
The label would have been checked against the most
current and up-to-date regulations, in collaboration with major seller networks and is our professional interpretation based on the
information provided.
The regulations that apply to the products are applicable for both the UK and European Union and we have included specific guidance– where applicable - on each member state where they implement their own rules and interpretations of the regulations.
If no specific
legislation is identified your product will fall under the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
