Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to obtain tracking information for your sales orders.
1. Click Dashboard (left menu)> Orders and then click Overview:
2. On the Orders page, clear any pre-set filters and then enter the Order Number in the search field provided to return results:
3. Once Order Number details are returned, you will be able to view any Tracking information within the Tracking No. column:
Please Note: Tracking information will only appear on orders which have been picked, packed and despatched, and where a shipping label has been generated. Orders in Picked, Despatched or Invoiced statuses will allow you to access & view tracking information, so if the order is at any other status, this information will not yet be available to you.
