Creating New Products - Individually

Overview

In this guide, we will show you how to manually create a product in your account. 

Adding new products

1. Click Dashboard (left menu) > Products > Add New Product:


2. On the Add New Product page, complete product information across all of the different tabs and once done, click :


Please Note:
  1.  When creating new products, you cannot have the same EAN associated across different products. Please ensure each product created, has a unique EAN added, to avoid errors when attempting to save the product details. 
  2. We would also ask that when creating products, the following information is required and should be provided when adding new products to the system:
  1. SKU 
  2. EAN 
  3. Name 
  4. Description 
  5. Customs Description 
  6. Country of Origin/Manufacture 
  7. Commodity Code (this is extremely important for cross-border/imports)
  8. Weight (KG)
  9. Dimensions (Height, Length and Width, all CM)
  10. Price 
  11. Cost Price 
  12. Categories 
  13. Suppliers
  14. Batch no. Info (if applicable)
  15. Serial no. Info (if applicable)
  16. Packing Instructions (if applicable)
3. You will then receive confirmation that your product has been successfully created, and you can now book stock against this:
