UPS Integration

Overview

In this guide, we will explain how to connect UPS to Mintsoft.

Adding UPS

Once you have obtained credentials from UPS please do the following -
Note: Please use https://om.mintsoft.co.uk/ to set up your UPS connection
1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations
2. Next, click UPS
3. Click Create New
4. Click Add
5. Next, click Authorize
6. The button will only appear if AccessLicenseNumber is left blank and the Use legacy Authorization toggle is not enabled.
7. You will be brought to a UPS login page
8. Agree to the Terms and Conditions then log in with your credentials

9. Once logged in, you will be returned to Mintsoft
10. You can now finish configuring the connection

Issues with authorising the account

If you encounter any issues when authorising the account please click the Disconnect button then follow Steps 3-9

UPS Declaration Statements

For users that send shipments with UPS, Mintsoft have introduced the ability to configure which declaration statement is included on the commercial invoice. On the UPS customer account, users will be able to select; STANDARD, EEA, GB PREFERTIAL ORIGIN. The associated statements are as follows.

STANDARD - "I hereby certify that the information on this invoice is true and correct and the contents and value of this shipment is as stated above"

EEA - "The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that except where otherwise clearly indicated these products are of EEA preferential origin."

GB PREFERENTIAL ORIGIN - "The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that except where otherwise clearly indicated these products are of GB preferential origin."

Note: If the selection is left blank then the existing declaration statement will be used.
