Overview
In this guide, we will show you how to view your returns. Returns and all accompanying ASNs will be created and managed by GEE however can be viewed via Mintsoft, if required.
Viewing Returns
1. Click Dashboard (left menu) > Returns and then click Overview:
2. On the Returns page, find the order using the filters, or search bar provided:
3. Once the order(s) are returned, you will be able to view the Return details:
4. Click Actions>View to open the Manage Return page:
5. On the Manage Return page, you can use the Details, Item & History tabs to view additional return details:
Please Note: We strongly recommend that for any large return shipments (Amazon removal orders across multiple pallets, for example), that these are communicated in advance to GEE, via the 3PL Ticket Desk, so we can ensure efficient handling of these returns.
