Adding a Sales Channel - Mirakl

Overview

In this guide, we will explain how to integrate Mirakl on Mintsoft. 

Mirakl is a marketplace software provider that provides a marketplace platform to various marketplaces. 
Please Note: This integration does not offer stock sync.

Setting up the API Key

To get the API key:
1. Login to the Mirakl platform
2. In the top right, click your name
3. On the API Key tab, copy the API key

Adding Mirakl

1. On Mintsoft click Connect
2. Click Next, Order Integrations then the Premium Tab
3. Click Mirakl then Add Account
4. Choose the Client, Warehouse and Channel
5. Paste in the URL (Make sure the URL ends with a forward slash)
Note: The URL will vary based on marketplaces. So you'll need to take that from where you log in
e.g. for Feel Unique the URL is - https://feelunique-prod.mirakl.net/
6. Paste in the API Key from earlier
7. The Import Order Status will typically be SHIPPING
8. Once ready, make the connection Active

External Couriers / Despatch Updates

You will need to provide external courier names for the Mirakl connection for dispatch updates to work.
To get a list of available carrier names please do the following:
1. On the required connection click Get Carriers
2. You will be brought to a screen that contains all the accepted couriers on Mirakl
Example: { "code" : "RM", "label" : "Royal Mail", "tracking_url" : "https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/{trackingId}" }
3. Take note of the Code (In the above example the code is RM for Royal Mail)
4. You will need to add the Code to the Name field in External Courier Service Names
5. To learn more about this please review the External Courier Names article.
Within the Import Errors screen, you may see the following error: WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Accept Orders

Some marketplaces allow you to accept orders that are in stock. This option is currently just a placeholder as all marketplaces we have come across so far don't have this option.
Note: The function of the accept order toggle is that Mintsoft informs Mirakl when an order imports, If 'Accept Order' is on within the connection, and the order is not on backorder Mintsoft Accept this order.
