VAT - NL Documents

Overview

In this guide, we will explain what documentation needs to be submitted alongside any NL VAT registrations. 

NL VAT Documentation required

1. A signed copy of the POA
  1. The POA should be signed by the director. If any other staff sign the POA, then they will also be required to provide copies of passport and proof of addresses alongside the application
2. A completed copy of the Questionnaire
  1. All sections of the questionnaire must be completed, before this is returned to Expandly
3. EIN Form or a copy of a previous Tax Form
  1. A form showing the tax number needs to be provided alongside the application -An EIN is the most commonly used form to show this in the US and in the EU, this would be a  W9 or T2 Tax Form
4. Expected turnover for Dutch sales in the current and next year
  1. We will need expected turnover for Dutch sales (current and next year) to be provided, in Euros
5. Copy of director passport & Proof of address
  1. We will only need additional documentation, if there is more than one company director, who has a 25% or more UBO
